For all purchases of the Simple HVAC software, you may cancel during the first 10 days and receive a full refund.
Once you have cancelled, your license will be suspended and the program will not be usable. To reactivate your account database, you will need to contact us to purchase a new license.
Cancellations may be made by sending us a message HERE. Your cancellation must be received by end of business (5:00 pm Central Time) on the appropriate day as described above to be eligible for any refund. All refunds will be given to the original credit card on which the purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be credited back to your account.
